Privacy Policy

Data privacy is important to us.  This page serves to inform and explain the policy of TurtlesTravel regarding data privacy measures. It is required by law, but equally importantly we want each member of our community and all visitors to this site to rest assured that this site is a safe space and in compliance with data protection regulations, such as Europe’s GDRP (General Data Protection Regulation).

This page was created from a template, but we have made our very best effort to be thorough and cover all the bases. We do not include any advertising on our page, nor do we have a subscription list set up, so any data we collect is purely statistics to track visitors and to keep the site safe.

PII, as used in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. Please read the below privacy policy carefully to understand of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with our website.

The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Contact forms

Any information collected via contact form submissions is kept exclusively for use for customer service purposes, such as replying to questions or concerns. We do not use the information submitted through contact forms for marketing purposes, nor do we share or sell any information to third parties.
